Flipkart sets up 3 supply chain centres in Karnataka, including Hubballi

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Flipkart Group Rajneesh Kumar said that the new state-of-the-art facilities would further fuel economic growth.   North Karnataka has been growing at a steady pace on its own. As part of steps to establish the supply chain base in the State, e-commerce firm Flipkart has set up three new fulfilment and distributing centres in Karnataka, including one in Hubballi. A Flipkart press release stated the new centres in Hubballi, Kolar, and Anekal, with a combined stretch of seven lakh sq feet, will further support over 10,500 merchants from the State. Pakistani militants plotting major attack in Kashmir: Report

The militants are said to be plotting a violent assault in Kashmir after the Afghan government fell on August 15 and the Taliban took control of the war-torn country NEW DELHI   —  Indian intelligence agencies have sent at least 10 alerts in the previous fortnight regarding Pakistani militants crossing the border and preparing something "big" in the Kashmir valley. On Sunday, the Centre extended the suspension of international flights to India till September 30 to check the spread of COVID-19. The Indian government banned International commercial flights since March 23, 2020, after the pandemic breakout. It has been 75 days after the BJP govt in Karnataka declared a compensation of Rs one lakh to BPL households that lost a member to Covid-19, but not a single person has been given a rupee till now. BENGALURU: On July 18, the BJP government in Karnataka passed an order to pay a Rs 1-lakh compensation to BPL families that lost one member to Covid-19, according to The Hindu.
