“The market needs more participants and when one person grows, another person’s growth is automatically accelerated,” said Darshan Hirpara, 23 when asked why he wants to teach his strategies to others. It was a rather enlightening conversation about his successful financial journey. Here are excerpts from the discussion: Q. When did you first start trading and how did it happen? A. I first started trading in the stock market while in secondary school at the age of sixteen with parental permission. I learnt everything on my own and didn’t have a mentor or anyone to guide me. My mother was a little apprehensive in the beginning because she thought it was gambling but luckily my father liked the fact that I was showing ambition and thinking outside-the-box. Options Trading is a tricky field and Sanjay Jaswani seems to have mastered it over the years. Born in a family of businessmen and stock market experts, Sanjay uses fundamental and technical analysis and options knowledge to consistently make money from the market.  An Economics Major, Chartered Account and founder of online and offline institute TargetAccounts.in, Sanjay has also established four other firms. He is a calculative trader and does not risk his capital, as he hedges in options, while trading in options derivatives. He learnt to invest from his family and then by reading a lot about Warren Buffet and started investing at the young age of 17 in the Demat account of a friend’s father.  Sanjay had to invest all time and dedication to his work, despite facing a lot of losses initially.
